Welcome
to Plymouth Gilbert and Sullivan Fellowship’s website.
Charity Number: 1050667
We
are one of the oldest performing companies devoted to the works of Gilbert and
Sullivan in the world! However,
we are moving with the times and perform other works too, for instance in 2009
our production was Franz Lehar’s “The Merry Widow”.
We
have recently recorded our second CD with HM Band of the Royal Marines
(Plymouth), “The Magic of Gilbert and Sullivan”, for the RNLI and we hope to
work with them again in the near future.
In May the Fellowship completed a successful week in the Devonport Playhouse with a production of Ruddigore. This production is to be taken to Buxton to compete in the highly acclaimed Gilbert and Sullivan festival. Details can be found on the "Concerts" page.
New
members and patrons are always welcomed warmly – please contact the company if
